Fat Burning Furnace Exercises

Let’s come clean. You have faced so many weight management solutions from completely anywhere from the TV, the Net, books, buddies, and other media. And if it was only possible you may have tried every one of them. But if you probably did try just about all of the different techniques, not one among them is the perfect weight management solution. Well, guess what, the real deal is a thing we should have considered doing way back before we began doing anything with our weight, all thanks to one superb book.

The Fat Burning Furnace book was written by Rob Poulos, and contains one or two different activities that make a contribution to weight loss, even if you are not exercising. This effect is thanks to the Poulos’s method of exercises and categorical goals. His goal is not only to make you lose pounds while exercising, but even after your workouts.

The Fat Burning Furnace focuses more on weight training, muscle buiding and raising the body’s resting metabolism to steadily burn the fat. Poulos recounted that “Just another pound of muscle added to your body will need an extra 40-50 or so calories a day to keep it alive”, so even when you are not exercising, you are burning fats away. High power workout can raise your resting metabolic rate and sustain this level for at least 48 hours. You can do the perfect resistance trainings by following Poulos’s 3 guidelines and 3 main variables, the Reps, Sets, and Exercises.

Rob Poulos enumerated different types of routines and exercise programs including the muscles which are being worked on. For exercises which require heavy equipment and machines, Poulos has photos for them which serve as guides. But for people that don't have these sorts of apparatus, Poulos also has a plan for them and for those who don’t have time to go to the gymnasium, thus doing their exercises at home.

Beyond particular sorts of exercises, Poulos also included extra info about the proper diet in sync with his exercise regimes.

So if you’re still exercise-shopping, the Fat Burning Furnace book is a good book to read and to follow. Don’t confuse yourself with too much concepts and techniques that you see anywhere. It's best to have a systematic or logical basis for your plans, and guess what, the Fat Burning Furnace book has it.

Mike Linden has read and researched the Fat Burning Furnace book and found out for himself that the Fat Burning Furnace review is true.

The Most Efficient Fat Loss And Fitness Work-Out Ever Created

By now, most people realize that adding lean muscle mass to your body does wonders for your metabolism and fat loss, as well as a host of other benefits that allow you to live out your life as healthily as possible.

Unfortunately, most people don’t realize that a combination of eating right, interval cardio training and intensive full body weight training can create a fat burning environment that will see significant fat loss on just 2 to 3 work-outs per week.

How often do you see people spending hours running? Or performing weight training or resistance training at the gym and spending too much time with the exercise and not working hard enough? They’re not going to burn very much fat this way.

Enter the Fat Burning Furnace, the most efficient fat loss and fitness work-out ever created, a program that enabled the creator and his wife to lose 100 lbs between them, simply by combining healthy eating with 2 to 3 work-out sessions per week but with no long, boring cardio sessions. This program has also helped thousands, if not tens of thousands, of others to achieve similar results.

The program has three basic components:

  • Focus on eating most of your calories from foods loaded with nutrients
  • Interval cardio and/or
  • Intense full body weight training to build muscle and burn fat, 2-3 times per week

Calories from foods loaded with nutrients

Perhaps the most important tip for anyone looking to lose fat and then stay lean is to start eating most of their daily calories from foods that are super loaded with nutrients. These are vegetables, fruits, whole unrefined grains, beans, legumes, nuts, and seeds. This doesn’t mean a vegetarian or vegan diet, but a diet that supplies the body with the nutrients it requires to burn fat optimally.  When you give your body the required nutrients without overloading it with nutrient poor or nutrient barren foods, fast fat loss happens almost magically.

There are many large scale diet mistakes, such as limiting carbohydrate intake (which won’t work in the long run), eating too few calories or starving yourself, eating a low fat diet and eliminating healthy fats, and not eating enough of your calories from nutrient rich foods.

Another example is diet sodas. How many of us think we’re doing ourselves a favor by drinking diet drinks? Unfortunately, the chemicals used in diet drinks are so hard for the body to break down that, while the body is working to break down these chemicals, it can’t deal with other food intake and it then takes the path of least resistance – it stores that other food intake as fat!

Interval cardio

When you’re doing long cardio exercise, your body is using stored fat for fuel.  This may sound good, but what this is actually doing is telling your body that when it encounters this activity again it needs a reserve amount of fat available to fuel the exercise session – so the body keeps storing fat. I know it sounds crazy, but it’s true.

Now, what does work for burning fat quickly is what’s known as interval cardio. This is where you perform a relatively short cardio workout (usually 15-25 minutes or so) and you alternate periods of high to low intensity during the session. For example, sprint for a minute, jog for a minute etc.

This type of exercise uses stored carbohydrates for fuel, not fat, so it sends a signal to your body to replenish your depleted muscles rather than storing a reserve amount of fat.

Intense, full body weight training

The main goal of the Fat Burning Furnace exercise program is to burn fat, of course, but the underlying goal that leads to this is building lean muscle mass.

And this scares some ladies and even some men because they don’t want to get too bulky.  However, this is a near impossibility for 99% of women and even some men due to the genetic requirements (muscle belly length, testosterone levels, etc.) of having overly large muscles.

The secret in training for lean muscle and strength requires the proper application of three vital elements that are often ignored by those who attempt it.  Those three elements are:

  • Intensity
  • Volume & Frequency
  • Progression

The intensity is how hard it is to perform for you, given your current condition. The volume and frequency are how much and how often you perform the exercise. The progression is related to how much the demands increase from workout to workout.

Anaerobic exercise, or weight training, must be performed at a high intensity, lower volume and frequency, and with progression to be as effective as possible. That’s good news in this busy world of ours because it means effective fat loss can be achieved in a short period of time if the conditions of the individual exercise sessions are optimal.

Consistent, effective and efficient fat loss has never been so readily accessible for those who can combine a degree of eating discipline with a commitment to follow a 20-30 minute work-out program just 2 to 3 times per week.
