Many people want to know what football players eat to stay fit and healthy. All the fancy and posh tableware they have in their kitchen, do they ever get used or do they have their own butler to do the cooking for them? Their salary is probably the biggest out of all sports, from clubs and endorcements. Having saying that there are few footballers who can cook for themselves and love doing so but what do the others do who cannot cook?
Every single football player has to eat healthy food to stay fit. They workout hard in the field and the gym so their body need food fuel. Al parts of body will require food after hard football training. A combination of fats, vitamins, minerals and proteins will heal micro tears from exercise.
Most football players eat seafood and drink protein shakes after heavy workout at the gym or after football training. Seafood like tuna and salmon provide protein to the body that repairs bones, tendons and ligaments. After a run it also helps rebuild muscles. White meat is normally recommended to eat than red meat as it provides more protein to the body.
Nutritionists also advise football players to eat some carbohydrates as just protein is not good for the body. Body requires carbohydrates and some fat. Not a lot is required roasted peanuts have some fat, you can eat them in the afternoon everyday to consume some fat.
Football players to be honest can afford to eat out every day so I am not sure if they need to worry about their daily diet. Most of them have it all planned what to eat during morning, afternoon and evening. Football players such as David Beckham, Zinedine Zidane and Robbie Fowler love cooking and have their own diet. Them three have huge kitchen at their premises and all types of kitchen accessories required for cooking.
Football players are not allowed to drink too much beer so they probably don’t have beer glasses at their homes.
