I was diagnosed with diabetes 1 week before my 27th birthday. Prior to being diagnosed, I lost over 10kgs within 2 months. I was pleased because all those around me had noticed my weightloss. But, it was weird because I was always thirsty and always on the toilet. On top of that my energy levels were so low.
