Sole Elliptical Beats Any Treadmill

I really wasn’t all that familiar with elliptical machines. I knew all about treadmills. I have used treadmills in the past and remembered that I didn’t enjoy them at all. Those machines were too loud, there were too sturdy and what bothered me most were my feet that were slapping the moving tread. It jarred my knees and, to be honest, I also had a bit of trouble keeping my balance while running.
There are many people that do not like to workout, and I am one of them. I enjoy the feeling I get after I work out but getting motivated to work out is difficult. I need to distract myself while I work out. The fact that I got 15 pounds extra made me want to start exercising. I couldn’t properly enjoy in the aerobic videos I rented. I wanted to exercise in the gym, but I didn’t have the time to go there regularly. Then my husband suggested that we buy one of the elliptical trainers. We started a search for a machine that would give us most value for our money.
And Sole fitness equipment is what we chose. There are so many things I enjoy about this machine, but the quietness is the biggest one of them all. I have it set up in my office so that I am able to put my 20 minutes in and watch my favorite show at the same time. I don’t have to have the television volume turned to a deafening level just to be able to hear over the sound of the elliptical. When compared to treadmill, an elliptical machine is super quiet.
The other feature I enjoy in this elliptical machine is that the footpad you use will move together with your feet. So as my foot raises up to take a step, the footpad raises up with me. You won’t slap your feet and moving tread. You will get a total body workout with any elliptical machine since there are arm bars that are moving along with your body while you are exercising, and you won’t have trouble with keeping your balance.
After exercising on this Sole elliptical, it is hard for me to imagine moving back to a treadmill.
