Type 1 diabetes

Diabetes is of three main types – insulin-dependent diabetes or the Type 1 diabetes, Non-insulin dependent diabetes or the {Type 2 diabetes}, and gestational diabetes mellitus. A person’s eating habits and viruses can cause {Type 1 diabetes}. Heredity, obesity, high blood pressure, and lack of proper diet cause {Type 2 diabetes}, that is very common.

The gestational diabetes mellitus is caused as a result of heredity, elevated maternal age, fatness and more factors. It may cause the mother to develop long term diabetes. This characteristic may get transferred to the child at a later age.

There are certain symptoms by using which you can detect diabetes. Excessive urination, constant thirst, loss of weight, excessive starvation, nausea, severe tiredness, infections, irritability and tiredness are some of them.

The significance of insulin comes to light when a person suffers from diabetes. Blood insulin is a hormone that allows blood sugar levels or glucose to enter body cells. Diabetes affects a person’s power to make insulin. Due to diabetes, the glucose remains in the blood itself. This high rate of sugar in the blood may cause harm to your eyes, nerves, kidneys, heart as well as blood vessels.

Other than heredity factors, you can easily avoid Type 2 diabetes by following some simple steps. For those people who are overweight, reduce the rate of consuming food. Overweight people have the risk of creating diabetes. Try to consume grilled or baked food instead of fried food. Cut down on fatty meals. While having food, examine its Glycemic Index. While consuming milk, opt for the skimmed milk instead of the full-fat milk. Exercise is a very effective method, which ensures that you stay in a healthy way always.

It is advisable to cure diabetes before it attacks your health. To cure diabetes, it is important to know its symptoms. Extreme thirst not just after exercise and a stroll in the hot air, but usually, is a symptom. Even after drinking water, if you have a dry mouth, if you have to urinate frequently, for those who have unexpected weight loss, and you really feel lethargic all the time, check with a physician. It could be a symptom for diabetes.

Blurry vision, slow recovery cuts and sores, severe itching or soreness in the genital or yeast infection can be the other symptoms of diabetes. It is best to cure it before it develops fully and affects the body. You can learn more about it at http://signofdiabetes.org/.

Type 2 Diabetes Vs That Other : Type 1

Diabetes 2 is a common disease involving the blood sugar that is becoming even more prevalent with each passing day. It is typically diagnosed in individuals after 35 years of age of and is distinctly different in its cause from diabetes type 1. It is known that type 1 are usually seen before the age of 20, and have an inability to generate insulin, those with Diabetes Type 2 are able to produce insulin but their bodies’ are no longer reactive to it. Type 1 is typically caused by an autoimmune response in which the person’s body produces antibodies that attack the pancreas, the body’s insulin producer. Alternately, Type two Diabetes is often brought on by factors such as poor dietary habits, obesity, and a lack of physical activity.

YThe different types of diabetes have a different causative basis ,with correspondingly diffrent medical treatments and approaches. Whereas those with diabetes type 1 need to inject themselves with insulin when their blood sugar rises too high, those with Type 2 Diabetes may never even need to take insulin. Also, while both forms can benefit from a healthy diet eaten on a regular schedule, that is a main focus of treatment and management of Diabetes Type 2.

Living a healthier life has a higher likelihood of producing measurable changes in those with blood sugar problems in Type ii diabetes. Although not all physicians and researchers are in agreement if this disease is fully curable through changes in lifestyle alone, many have seen a great benefit in symptoms when eating a healthier diet and exercising more often. Individuals who start including a variety of whole foods, decreasing the amount of high sugar and high carbohydrate foods, and increasing their activity level, will most likely see an improvement in their health as well as the symptoms related to their Type 2 Diabetes.

However, even though it might only be possible to cure the blood sugar problems with Type two diabetes, patients with diabetes type 1 can still benefit from eating a nutritious diabetes diet and paying attention to portion sizes, as well as making sure to eat on a regular basis without skipping meals. The good news is that, by making manageable changes to one’s diet and exercise routine, there is a possibility of preventing a worsening of, or even reversing, Type ii Diabetes. Adopting a diabetes diet is not complicated and can benefit both those with diabetes as well as those without. By making sure that you are eating mostly good, nutritious food, and maintaining a proper weight, you can do your part in managing your Diabetes 2.

There are still people out there who do not even know they have Type 2 Diabetes, all this because they do not check with their doctor once in a while. It is importnant to keep a keen interest in maintaining a healthy life style, and ignoring this can lead to serious consequenes following ill health! Just think that you double the chances of getting a heart related disease if you even have pre-diabetes, which is just the first stage! It iscritical to follow a healthy eating routine, so that you consume little fat, salt and so on. Therefore, always keep in mind that the right treatment is advised in the event that you are diagnosed with Diabetes 2. Keep reading and find out about the types of diabetes and how you can treat Type ii Diabetes the right way.

The first type of diabetes is Type 1. There are two types incidentally, Type 1 and Type 2. The Type 1 is sometimes known as Juvenile Diabetes. The location in the body that generates insulin in the body is the pancreas, specifically the beta cells, located in the pancreas. It is when the glucose remains in your blood, instead of getting inside the cells, that the serious problems of diabetes occur. because it oftentimes occurs early in a person’s life. It is caused by the fact that, for some reason, the body is unable to produce a sufficient quantity of insulin. Insulin represents a hormone which is responsible for clearing away and reducing the glucose from your blood, by moving glucose into the cells of the body (for example, the muscles) to provide your cells with the glucose and energy they need. The insufficient insulin level which occurs in Type 1 diabetes is caused by the immune system, destroying whatever cells are producing insulin (

The second type of diabetes (Type 2 diabetes), represents a different metabolic disorder caused by the fact that, like Type 1 diabetes, the body is not able to produce enough (or even use) insulin. This diabetes occurs with the greatest incidence, being approximately 90% of the cases out there. Diabetes is not a condition which develops overnight, but takes a long long time, and is usually observed in adults. This is the reason you should take routine (12 monthly or so) diabetes examinations! You could be suffering from a low-level type of diabetes (called prediabetes which eventually leads to full blown Diabetes 2 and you do not yet even know it, and if you leave it untreated, it will develop into Type 2 Diabetes, which is the last and most serious form of diabetes. There are many forms of treatment out there, but the most common and used treatment (only as a final resort, if changes in diet, exercise and body weight loss doesn’t work) is the administration of insulin into your system.
